What this is

Perfect36 is a free study tool. You bring your own official ACT practice booklet as a PDF; the app times you, scores you against that booklet's own answer key, and helps you work through what you got wrong.

It is offered as-is, with no guarantee of a particular score or outcome, and no promise that it will always be available.

Not affiliated with ACT

Perfect36 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to ACT, Inc. in any way. ACT is a registered trademark of its owner.

No ACT test content is distributed with this app. It contains no questions, no passages and no answer keys. Everything it scores comes from a file you supply.

The PDFs you upload

You are responsible for the files you upload, and for having the right to use them. Official ACT booklets are copyrighted by ACT, Inc.

Your uploads are private to your account. They are not shared with other users, not published, and not redistributed. The one exception is one you choose: if you are a teacher, a test you assign becomes readable by the students in that classroom, for that assignment.

Uploading material you do not have the right to use is not permitted, and files may be removed on notice from a rights holder.

Your account

Sign-in is through Google. Keep your Google account secure; anyone with access to it has access to yours here.

Do not use the app to harass anyone, to attempt to reach another person's data, or to interfere with how the service runs.

The AI tutor

The tutor is a language model. It is often useful and it is sometimes wrong. Treat its explanations as a study aid to be checked, not as an authority, and never as a reason to doubt the official answer key printed in your booklet.

It may be unavailable, rate-limited or withdrawn at any time.

Availability and limits

This is a free service run by one person on free infrastructure. There is no uptime guarantee, and there may be limits on uploads or storage.

Keep your own copy of any PDF that matters to you. Do not treat Perfect36 as the only place a file exists.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Perfect36 is provided without warranty and the site owner is not liable for loss arising from its use — including lost data, an unavailable service, or a score that differs from what the app predicted.
